Green Cat!

Ethan and I just spent the last hour looking for a green cat in our house (which I don't believe we have)! I thought he was pretending at first, but he is persistent and descriptive enough that I think it is a concrete object. Then I wonder where my days go to.....

Valentines playdate part 2.

My apologies for the order of these posts.

Where did she go?

Differences between the genders when it comes to arts and crafts!

Differences between the genders when it comes to cooking...
Audrey went home with several jello cut outs and we ended up with a tray full of mush that a "car" (cookie cutter) decided to drive thru!

Valentines Playdate!

I provided Ethan with several of "Mom's pretties" to decorate his table in preparations for his friend Audrey to come over. He changed it at least 4 different times and had to have the battery operated candle on at all times.

Ethan waiting for Audrey...6 hours before her arrival!

She finally made it!

First time sledding!

We took Ethan for the first time to a local park to sled on a REAL hill. He called it "THE MOUNTAIN" and loved every minute of it! The pictures tell the whole story for his first time down, just scroll down the page to see the post and/or go to the next page to see some more! Hope you get a laugh or two in like I did! (And yes, I still would have laughed if Ethan would have cried!)

Backyard snow day fun!

Doesn't this kid have a mother to keep on him about keeping his coat zipped up? Trust me, the fight is not worth it. He hates things tight around his neck. We learned this when he was 12 months old when trying to dress him in a turtleneck.
Loving the Spartan hat in this photo! His coat might be maize and blue, but this kid is all Spartan!
Sorry Papa David!
Love the look? Do you think he would be happier working today?

Caught on film (not very well), Daddy making his 3 year old son push him down the small hill in our yard.

Vocational Training continues from earlier post...

Ethan would like to be a kettlecorn popper at the "Christmas Train" (Crossroads Village). The table he is under is his tent.

Family photo!

Getting a good family photo is somewhat of a challenge for us! This one will have to do!

Teamwork cleaning

Peanut butter anyone? Honestly, we only let chinook do this before the jar goes out to recycling!

Birthday Girls...

I see who is loved more by the size of our Birthday cakes!!!!

Chinook and I share the same Birthday. Ethan and I created a Birthday treat for her.

Call DPS...Dog Protective Services

It still remains unknown how long our patient dog was wearing her collar like this until Grant pointed it out. Ethan lovingly picks on her so much and she just takes it so patiently.

My man and little man...

Upon waking up after sleeping and snuggling with Ethan on my Birthday, Grant and Ethan scurried out of the house and came back with these beautiful flowers.

When I grow up...

Ethan has recently enjoyed doing some vocational role playing. He is already showing some great potential!!! Bartender or Chemist?????

This is the drive thru at "McDonalds" where I could only order fruit or icecream!
