Snowflakes!

Thought I would share some inspiration I received today...A snowflake landed on Ethan's coat and he was so excited to discover the uniqueness in beauty and design. Although he had a hard time describing the detail of the snowflake, it truly amazed him! He has discussed this snowflake several times today. Thank you Ethan for reminding me to remember to appreciate the small things in life, including the snowflakes even when I am wishing to be in a warm place! You "melt" my heart daily!

Son like Mother!

My genetics are finally showing through...Ethan independently initiates making his own bed! An impressive job too! Watch out "Mr. Melville" (as Ethan will occassionally call him after being with Grant at school around his students), you are going to be in big trouble if Ethan keeps up with his organizational skills!

Bubble Boys!

This is Ethan's good friend Justen! You would never know that these two boys were both kept "in a bubble" (zipper bed) during their early days of life in the hospital! We would have never met these great friends if it wasn't for the challenges we went through. Although it is hard to see during the time of struggle, there is always a greater plan!

New Year & New Baby to come in 2011!

A New Year's Eve Wedding!

We attended a beautiful wedding on New Year's Eve and had a blast!

A nice picture...only took about 7 times!
A picture of Sherri and Bruce. Only took about 10 times to get this nice picture. I am convinced that the longer you are married, the more times it takes to get a nice picture!

Sisters on the dance floor. In order of birth

Niece on the dance floor with Aunt Fruitie!

The song was "jump around, jump around, jump up, jump up and get down...jump...jump...
In order to participate I had to hold my bladder! Sherri might have benefited from doing the same given the laughter!

Cousins

Sara came to Michigan to visit/meet the family. She really liked "her boys".

Here they are peacefully watching Frosty the Snowman...

Oh wait, lets wrestle instead!
