 My cuddling boys - Ethan and I have always had a routine of cuddling in the morning. I recall thinking with sadness about how different it was going to be when we had our last morning cuddle before I was induced for Garrett. Truly, it has only gotten better! Ethan continues to love on Garrett! Some of my favorites include: Ethan calling him "Garrett Emerson" rather then just Garrett (so darn cute) and Ethan taking on the role of being the protective big brother as when I was pulling into the driveway of childcare for the first drop off with Garrett a voice from the back seats states..."Now Momma, you don't have to worry. I will take good care of him. I will hold him. I will feed him his bottle and make sure he doesn't fall off the couch." The funny part was that I wasn't even emotional or had even stated anything about leaving Garrett for the first time! My Mother has always reinforced that apart of her job as a Mother was to create relationships between us sisters so we can support each other as she won't be around forever. I must believe that this has already been passed down to her Grandchild! Thanks Mother!

A beautiful spring day...

Garrett spent several hours outdoors yesterday and loved it! Needless to say, he slept very

well last night!

 A beautiful spring day...brings hungry boys! This was full of cut vegetables prior to me running downstairs for a moment and this is what I returned to. Lesson learned...never leave the kitchen with dinner half prepared when Grant and Ethan have been playing outside all day and have forgotten to eat!

Big Brother gives 1st bottle!

 Ethan was so excited to give Garrett his 1st bottle! Stating "He is getting older now?" I love how he looks at him and takes his Big Brother jobs so seriously!

Ok, so it was only 1/2 the bottle until Ethan got bored and Daddy needed to take over! I couldn't stay in the room too long to take many pictures as Garrett's eyes were making me tear up as his gleam seemed to say "Momma, this just isn't right."

We are attempting to sell our home, so what does Aunt Sherri get Ethan...window crayons! Aunt's are like Grandparents, you just can't saying anything! At least on the package she wrote "Don't be mad!"
